I have the right to use this image.Ref · §1I either took the photograph myself, hold a written license to use it for personal commercial fabrication, or it is in the public domain. I am not uploading another photographer's work without permission.
Every recognisable person consents.Ref · §2For every adult whose face is recognisable in this image, I have their informed permission to commission this object. For deceased individuals, I am immediate family and can confirm relationship in writing if asked.
I am the parent or legal guardian.Ref · §3I am the parent or legal guardian of the child shown, under the law of the U.S. state where the child resides, and I consent on their behalf. I understand that children's images are never used in marketing — even with opt-in — and that I can request immediate, irreversible deletion at any time. I am 18 or older.
I accept the agreement, am 18+, and reside in the U.S.Ref · §4–7I grant Ryan Signature a narrow, time-limited, non-transferable license to use this image solely to make my piece. The studio will not sell, share, or feed the image to AI systems. Storage ends 60 days after delivery, or sooner on request. I am at least 18 years old, I reside in the United States, and I am shipping to a U.S. address. I have read the Image Rights & Upload, Privacy, and Terms of Commission documents.
